Before You Book
Thank you for considering Sacred Heart Line.
Before you book, here are a few things to know so you can feel comfortable about what to expect.
Is Sacred Heart Line right for me?
Sacred Heart Line is for adults (18+) who want a safe, judgement-free space to talk things through.
You don’t need to be in crisis. You might have something on your mind, be navigating change, feeling overwhelmed, trying to make a decision, or simply need someone who will genuinely listen while you make sense of what’s happening.

Payment
Payment can be made at the time of booking, or you can choose to reserve your appointment and pay later.
Payment is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows the appointment to be offered to someone else who may need support. If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out and we’ll work through it together where possible.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. Everything shared during our conversations is treated with care and respect. In rare circumstances, I may need to share information if there is a serious or immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person, or where required by Australian law.
Important service boundaries
Sacred Heart Line provides peer support, mentoring and supportive wellbeing conversations in a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space. These sessions are not counselling, psychology, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis support. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If I believe your needs are beyond what I can safely support, I will encourage you to connect with an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understand the nature and boundaries of this service.
